Several years of professional experience in the field of tactical / strategic purchasing in eCommerce environments, ideally from the luxury, fashion, beauty, interior or similarly relevant industries.
Very good / extensive knowledge of negotiation techniques and proven negotiation skills, supported by in-depth knowledge of contract law
A strong ability to analyze and structure information of a diverse nature (even under pressure and stress) in order to enable short-term and long-term decision-making processes
Business fluent German and English, ideally also other foreign language skills (French, Spanish, Polish, Finnish, Italian …)

Development, formalization and implementation of sourcing and procurement strategies for all product groups for which you are responsible in the category cluster
Execution of regular analyzes of the procurement market and continuous identification of potentials for cost reduction as well as further levers for cost optimization
You adapt the product range modules with the help of KPI analyzes, sales forecasts and availabilities
You are responsible for the continuous further development of control standards in order to optimize inventory and sales
You actively trigger the delisting of SKUs that no longer meet our sales expectation
Creation, maintenance and reporting of annual action plans in close cooperation with your partners in the relevant functions and areas
Control of supplier selection (onboarding) and implementation of supplier and service contracts (e.g. annual framework agreements, purchasing conditions, etc.)
Review of the supplier base under continuous consideration of both performance and risk aspects
You are in control of all product data and responsible for the correct listing on all sales channels
